Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care and supervision to youth in our residential program
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to support youth in achieving their goals
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment
  • Document and maintain accurate records of youth progress and incidents
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • One to two years of experience working with youth at risk, preferably in a residential setting
  • Valid driver's license and clear driving record
  • Background compliant with Department of Juvenile Justice requirements
