- Provide assistance with programs and events, including registration, phone calls, emails, set-up, and clean-up.
- Monitor the Fitness Center, Gymnasium, and walking track usage, and assist with enforcing rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all.
- Actively engage with members and guests to promote involvement in our services, programs, and memberships.
- Effectively communicate with ice arena staff as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to apply judgment and discretion to resolve problems, public relation concerns, and personnel and customer service issues.
- Ability to communicate effectively with members and guests.
- Ability to perform basic computer functions, use a telephone system, and perform cash transactions.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to handle basic assignments and problems under close supervision.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment with frequent interactions with members and guests. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
We are looking to fill the following shifts:
- Morning: 4:45 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
- Daytime: 10:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
- Evening: 4:45 p.m. - 10:15 p.m.
