Job Summary

C&C Complete Services is seeking a highly skilled and physically fit Emergency Mitigation Technician to join our team. As a key member of our disaster response team, you will be responsible for providing initial site inspections, scoping losses, securing work authorizations, and performing specified maintenance and restoration in compliance with IICRC standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough site inspections to assess damage and identify areas of concern
  • Scope losses and develop plans for restoration and mitigation
  • Secure work authorizations and obtain necessary permits
  • Perform applied structural drying and provide moisture mapping and documentation
  • Conduct demolition and removal of damaged materials
  • Operate equipment such as extraction machines, mop up pumps, and dehumidifiers
  • Participate in 24-hour on-call rotation and respond to emergencies with urgency
  • Collaborate with the ES Superintendent to ensure effective communication and coordination
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in disaster mitigation and restoration
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
