We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team at Florida Credit Union. As a Marketing Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and improving our marketing performance to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Aid in program reporting, analytics, and data feeds to enable targeted marketing, member lifetime value/growth opportunities, member loyalty, organizational improvement, and assisting in communication of data analytics and research results.
  • Develop marketing automation campaigns with digital channels and email communication.
  • Aid with monthly and quarterly department and business reviews providing actionable insights to improve performance and member satisfaction.
  • Develop, extract, execute, and track programs involving current Core, MCIF, and other systems.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent mix of education and hands-on experience.
  • Two years of experience in data analytics preferred.
  • A current driver's license.
  • Intermediate level of coding: SQL/MySQL/PHP, PERL/VB Codecs/HTML/CCC/Macros.
