CI Manager Job Description

Catalent Inc is seeking a highly skilled CI Manager to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply advanced problem-solving tools and methods to drive sustainable improvements
  • Assess the effectiveness of business and operations functions and processes
  • Plan, lead, and facilitate project teams to achieve productivity and efficiency gains
  • Develop and deploy metrics for monitoring progress and reporting OEE and cost reduction opportunities
  • Partner with Operations Leadership to design, schedule, and lead Kaizen events
Requirements:
  • BS/BA in a technical and/or business major
  • 5 years leading CI initiatives, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience leading rapid and complex Kaizen events
  • Experience with investigations, RCA, and CAPA development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
