About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join our EC2 Networking team at Amazon. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that enable the next generation of cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of software solutions for EC2 Networking, including architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other AWS services.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality software code, following best practices and industry standards.
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions to ensure the highest level of technical excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our software solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
  • Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • Experience in embedded development in C/C++.
