Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Primary Care Physician to join our team in Renton, WA. As a Per Diem Clinician, you'll be working on a casual, hourly basis, seeing patients with a broad array of needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits.
You'll be treating patients in-office and conducting occasional tele-health visits, collaborating with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams. We're looking for someone with a passion for human-centered primary care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to our dynamic environment.
Requirements- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Family Medicine or Medicine/Pediatrics residency program
- Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting, seeing all ages (0+)
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
- State licensed in Washington, obtained before your One Medical start date
- Malpractice Insurance
- UpToDate Subscription
- One Medical Issued laptop
- Sick Time
- PTO eligible in accordance with local requirements
The hourly range for this role is $144/hr. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
