Primary Care Physician

Kinwell Medical Group is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team in Renton, Washington. As a Primary Care Physician, you will be responsible for managing a panel of patients, providing comprehensive care, and working collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a panel of patients for a full spectrum primary care clinic, taking care of acute and chronic care needs.
- Be curious in an effort to keep more care in primary care; solve problems, answer questions, and spend quality time in service of learning on behalf of your patients.
- Develop a high-functioning care team with the goal that every person works at the top of license and scope, developing teammates work in alignment with interests, good of the community, and licensure.
- Provide patients and family members with counseling and education regarding health maintenance, disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and need for follow-up as appropriate during each patient visit.
- Currently licensed or able to be licensed in the state of Washington by hire date.
- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Geriatrics.
- Unrestricted DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
- Ability to be credentialed under Medicare.
- Proficient in use of the EMR, with Epic experience strongly preferred.
