We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Your expertise will be essential in monitoring and providing medical care for pediatric patients, collaborating with the healthcare team and family members to implement a personalized care plan, and ensuring that each patient receives optimal medical attention in accordance with federal, state, and professional standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate patient care in compliance with physician orders.
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
- Observe and assess patient condition and report changes to supervisor or physician.
- Document activities, assessments, and care in a timely manner using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Educate patients and family members on proper care and treatment.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- State nursing license or eligibility to obtain in Texas.
- BLS/CPR certification.
- Current Texas Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation and current auto insurance.
- 6 months of experience in a clinical care setting.
Preferred Experience:
- G-Tube management.
- Tracheostomy (Trach) care.
- Ventilator management.
- BiPAP and CPAP therapy.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive hourly rate: $45-$55 per hour, depending on experience.
