We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to pediatric patients in their homes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical judgment and the ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy
  • Develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders
  • Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a range of diagnoses
  • Engage with patients' families, providing regular communication and updates on goals for their child
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team

Requirements:

  • A valid Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant license in the state of Texas
  • Current BLS License
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
