Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Oversee the maintenance and repair of industrial equipment, including pneumatic and steam systems, water systems, conveyor systems, and boilers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure the efficient operation of equipment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with all relevant safety protocols and regulations.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with all levels of management and team members to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plant maintenance and leadership roles.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, including pneumatic and steam systems, water systems, conveyor systems, and boilers. Ability to read and understand maintenance literature printed in English.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds; ability to stand for up to 7 hours of an 8-hour shift.
