Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at WesternExterminator. As an Account Executive, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service solutions and maximize growth opportunities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business-to-Business sales
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
