Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a growing engineering firm in the Greater NYC area. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of financial operations principles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist construction project managers in estimating and adhering to proper budgets, creating project schedules, and communicating project updates
- Oversee construction contract administration and submittal log processes to ensure that contract document requirements are met throughout the construction experience
- Perform cash management, payroll, and billing tasks, including preparing invoices, subcontracts, change orders, work orders, purchase orders, and punch lists

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Associates Degree in Accounting or equivalent (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office platforms
