Job Summary:

Walmart is seeking a skilled Developmental Technician to join our team in Refrigeration and HVAC Maintenance. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our stores, equipment, and fixtures.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections, cleaning, and repairs to maintain the integrity of our facilities and equipment

Utilize multiple craft skills, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and material handling equipment, to complete jobs

Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls and provide excellent customer service

Collaborate with the General Maintenance Manager to develop and implement maintenance schedules and guidelines

Requirements:

18 years or older

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and move up and down ladders frequently

Comfortable working at heights and in various temperatures

Excellent driving record and ability to maintain a clean driving record
