- Assist clients with visa applications, adjustment of status, naturalization, and other immigration petitions, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
- Conduct thorough legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in immigration laws and policies, providing informed guidance to clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they are well-informed throughout the immigration process.
- Collaborate with our team of legal assistants and paralegals to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all filings.
- Represent clients in communications with immigration agencies, such as USCIS and the Department of State, when required.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law and good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is preferred.
