Immigration Lawyer

American Immigration Associates, LLC is a leading immigration law firm specializing in employment-based visas for businesses and their foreign national employees.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to interact with clients, coworkers, and foreign nationals. Attorneys and paralegals will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a wide range of employment-based visa types.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel and prepare immigrant and non-immigrant visas using specialized software
• Review and proofread complex evidence and case documents
• Create and compile documentation for filing
• Prioritize multiple responsibilities and manage case deadlines
• Assist with administrative and clerical duties as needed

Qualifications:

• JD and current valid license in any US state
• Passion for immigration law and experience with employment-based non-immigrant and immigrant petitions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with major employment-based visa types
