About the Job

We're seeking a skilled Patient Experience Coordinator - Los Angeles to join our team at Renew Smiles. This role involves working closely with our sales team to provide exceptional patient experiences and ensure seamless communication throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient appointments and consultations.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • An empathetic and caring attitude towards patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or other productivity software.

Compensation and Benefits:

$62,000-$67,000 annual base salary + commission, plus fully paid training program, paid sick time, insurance, 401(K), and employee assistance program.
