Patient Service Representative Role

In this key position, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, registering patients, and processing payments. Your administrative skills will be essential in maintaining accurate records, managing physician schedules, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and providers.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as necessary.
  • Verify patient demographic and insurance information in CS-Link, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Utilize administrative knowledge to schedule appointments, manage waitlists, and coordinate patient care.
  • Process payments, reconcile transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care coordination and communication.

Benefits and Requirements

  • Hourly rate: $19.69 - $29.54 per hour, depending on experience.
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent required; two years of experience in a related field preferred.
