Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Field Superintendent to join our team. As a Field Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a construction project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Refine and implement site planning, logistics, and procedures to execute the project
- Execute the plan for survey and layout, verify the work of others, and monitor progress
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget
- Implement and enforce the company's comprehensive project safety and security program
- Coordinate and schedule the work of subcontractors and maintain a master deficiency log
- Document the project's progress and performance in the company's software
- Assist with submittal review and RFI process in coordination with the project team
- Implement the plan for jobsite housekeeping, temporary heat and enclosures, and material storage and handling
- Coordinate with the project team to ensure that the project is completed to the highest quality standards
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in ground-up commercial/multi-family construction
- Experience using Procore and scheduling software such as MS Project or P6
- Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $115,000 per year
- Bonus commensurate with individual performance, company performance, and experience
