Your responsibilities as a Supervisor

  • Oversee teams to achieve project deadlines
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Interpret and utilize blueprints
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA and DOT
  • Support the Supervisor with daily operations
  • Communicate with property owners regarding project work and address any concerns
  • Safely operate heavy machinery and equipment
  • Perform tasks in various weather conditions
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as required

Qualifications required

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Possess a valid driver's license
  • High School Diploma, GED, or relevant experience preferred
  • A minimum of three years of related experience
  • Previous supervisory experience is preferred

Physical requirements and working conditions

  • Regularly: Work independently in remote areas and confined spaces, operate vehicles and heavy machinery, perform fine motor tasks, bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift over 55 pounds
  • Occasionally: Use ladders, keyboards, and mice
