Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Tenure-Track Professor in Music to join our faculty at Harvard University. The successful candidate will be an expert in musicology with a strong commitment to teaching and research.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach three courses per year, including Harvard's undergraduate Introduction to Music, and develop courses for the undergraduate program in General Education.
  • Mentor and advise graduate students and undergraduates.
  • Contribute to the development of the Music Department's curriculum and research initiatives.
Requirements
  • PhD in Music or a related discipline required by the time the appointment begins.
