Role Summary:

NavitsPartners is in search of a proficient Quality Assurance Specialist to become a part of our Project Management Office. The selected candidate will be tasked with the planning, development, and execution of a variety of testing methodologies, which encompass product evaluations, system assessments, unit examinations, load testing, volume testing, and network evaluations. Collaboration with team members will be essential to ensure effective release management processes.

Key Duties:

  • Develop testing models for product evaluation and release management, which include plans, data sets, and scripts. Conduct assembly or product evaluations while adhering to project schedules.
  • Deliver precise status reports and maintain quality standards. Collaborate effectively within a team setting and fulfill assigned responsibilities.
  • Establish product testing plans and acceptance criteria. Address inquiries or challenges related to the testing procedures.
  • Assist in the planning, creation, and management of testing environments.
  • Support the Team Lead in tracking estimated completion times and actual durations for assigned tasks.
  • Continuously improve testing capabilities and enhance both technical and business acumen. Update and verify release installation protocols.
  • Stay updated on industry advancements and integrate relevant knowledge into work practices. Determine time estimates and schedules for work activities.
  • Define and apply entry and exit criteria for testing. Manage time and resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile project environments.
  • 3 years of experience in analyzing data components of enterprise applications and comprehending their interrelations.
  • 3 years of experience with Microsoft tools, including SQL, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • 3 years of experience in analyzing business requirements, both functional and non-functional.
  • 3 years of experience utilizing version control tools such as TFS, GIT, or similar. Strong grasp of formal requirements gathering techniques.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team, effectively managing time and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with agile toolsets, including GT and Azure. Strong organizational, analytical, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Preferred: Awareness of industry trends and the ability to incorporate new developments into work processes.
