Your Responsibilities
As a Quality Assurance Improvement Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to ensure compliance with regulatory standards while developing strategies to enhance our quality measures. You will meticulously analyze and audit documentation to confirm adherence to human services regulations. Additionally, you will oversee our Medicaid, DCFS, DHS, and COA programs, ensuring we meet all accreditation and funding requirements. By collecting and analyzing data, you will formulate and implement recommendations to bolster our compliance efforts.
On the quality assurance front, you will evaluate our daily operations to identify challenges and opportunities for improvement. You will create tools to enhance our efficiency, establish action plans for monitoring key performance indicators, and develop targeted initiatives to address specific areas such as auditing, training, or workflow optimization.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human services or business environment
- At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with professionals across various disciplines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving, time management, interpersonal, and communication abilities
- Capability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Willingness to complete CARE and TCI training and apply their principles
