Role Overview
- Contribute to the optimization of production processes by performing analyses to identify challenges, proposing solutions or recommendations, and executing corrective or preventive measures.
- Examine defective items or procedures to ascertain root causes and provide insights on corrective and preventive strategies to avert future issues. Implement enhancements to boost yield.
- Conduct internal and external evaluations on products and processes to guarantee adherence to specifications. Review and endorse various quality documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments, suppliers, and clients to promote improvement initiatives and ensure products and processes meet or surpass customer expectations.
- Lead investigations into quality and customer complaints to address quality concerns and prevent their recurrence.
- Assist in the qualification of new products, processes, or equipment through data gathering and analysis.
- Support the maintenance of quality system standards.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards.
- Experience in customer interactions.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and/or silicone products is advantageous.
- Must be a permanent resident of the United States.
- Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000
