Chief Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Architect to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our SAP RAR practice, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of SAP RAR functionalities to support various businesses across our customer channels.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless design and implementation of SAP RAR functionalities.
• Perform in-depth functional and technical analysis of requirements and propose suitable design and technical solutions, including scoping and managing change requests.
• Define project scope and gather business requirements, ensuring adequate resources, budget, and timeline are allocated.
• Develop and drive test cycles to ensure smooth production deployment and successful handover to the production support team.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards, serving as a subject matter expert on SAP RAR.
• Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in SAP RAR to drive innovation and continuous improvement within the project.

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP RAR, specializing in design, configuration, and RAR integration with FI, SD, and/or BRIM.
• Two full life cycle implementation experiences with SAP RAR module, including RAR migration experience.
• Deep understanding of order-to-cash processes, SD/FICO modules integration, BRIM processes, IFRS standards, COPA, and Revenue Recognition processes.
• Experience in solution design and configuration of business processes within RAR, SD, and FI/CO.
• Proven project leadership skills, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and delivering detailed designs aligned with industry best practices.
• Prior experience in high-tech or software industries, with a good understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including business and functional requirements, management-level presentations, and proposals.
