Clinical Nurse Specialist

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an outpatient dialysis setting. As a DaVita nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced outpatient dialysis setting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis machines
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
