Position Type: Part-Time
Compensation: Starting at $13/hour
Payment Schedule: Weekly

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals, snacks, and desserts for patients.
- Deliver trays to patients in their rooms and dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area by cleaning tables after meals.
- Support the preparation of salads, desserts, and other dishes.
- Serve beverages to patients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Prepare between-meal snacks and clean the work area post-shift.
- Comply with infection control policies and maintain a sanitary environment.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans, and record temperatures of storage units.
- Check and restock supplies as necessary.
- Follow dietary orders and assist with menu substitutions.
- Ensure proper storage of leftovers and opened food items.
- Operate kitchen equipment and maintain cleanliness of kitchen tools.
- Promote a positive image of the organization through excellent service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients, families, and team members.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and inventory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Physical Requirements:
This role requires regular walking, standing, and the ability to lift and carry items as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
