Key Responsibilities:
* Provide leadership and direction to nursing staff and other clinical teams
* Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
* Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure seamless patient care
* Manage and coordinate endoscopy services, including scheduling and resource allocation
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
Requirements:
* Five years of experience in endoscopy, with a strong skill set and knowledge of advanced endoscopy processes and procedures
* Three years of management experience, with a proven track record of success
* Current license from the Texas State Board of Nursing Examiners
* Current CPR training program
* Certification in gastrology registered nurse (CGRN) or certification endoscope reprocessing (CER) or certified healthcare leadership (CHL)
* Bachelor's degree in nursing, with a master's degree in nursing business, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
