TRC Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Savannah, GA. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our welding shop.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and monitor technical processes related to welding shop maintenance to meet company goals.
- Develop and implement detailed action plans to meet shop-wise maintenance indices.
- Prepare and execute annual operation plans and report status of each task.
- Support the maintenance manager in encouraging good teamwork and collaboration.
- Analysis welding shop downtime and provide improvement plans.
- Manage shop-wise maintenance budgets and verify exact specifications of all parts.
- Monitor purchasing, distribution, and inventory control of maintenance materials.
- Supervise and control conflicts in the organization and take care of individual distress from work.
- More than 3 years of maintenance career in the field of automated plants.
- Troubleshooting ability for PLC-based automation equipment.
- Ability to understand drawing and specifications of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Preferred: More than 1 year of welding shop maintenance career in the major automotive industry.
- Maintenance SPL should do his/her best to achieve all indices related to maintenance activities based on the following competitiveness.
