Job DescriptionThis Admissions Specialist position is a vital part of our team, responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Client Communications: Develop and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to ensure seamless communication throughout the admissions process.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage client intake assessments, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics.
- Organize and maintain accurate records, both electronic and physical.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective admissions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salary: $42,880 - $48,960 per year (based on 40 hours/week and 52 weeks/year) or $21-$24 per hour.
