  • Quality Team Management: Manage and direct the Quality Team, including Quality Engineers, Supplier Quality Engineer, Technical Service Manager, and Quality Supervisors.
  • Quality Documentation: Establish and maintain quality documentation, including quality assurance procedures, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports, including monthly quality, COPQ, and other required reports.
  • Supplier and Customer Management: Manage relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring quality products and services are delivered.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance quality processes and products.
Requirements
  • Education: Four-year college degree or university program certificate with 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment; or +15 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: Proven experience in quality assurance leadership, quality team management, and quality documentation.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
