Staff Nurse

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team in Brenham, Texas. As a Charge Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our labor and delivery suite.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the labor and delivery suite, including antepartum, labor, and postpartum care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Supervise and mentor other nursing staff to ensure that they are providing high-quality care and adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- At least 2 years of experience in labor and delivery or postpartum care.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
