Staff - Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and Delivery

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Labor and Delivery Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Labor and Delivery unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
- 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
