About the Job

Abbott Construction & Landscaping LLC is a premier provider of comprehensive landscape and construction services, serving the North Shore all year round. We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor to lead a team of 2-4 individuals and oversee various landscaping activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Daily Work Planning: Organize and plan daily work for yourself and your crew, ensuring efficient use of resources and time.
  • Task Management: Ensure all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are organized and readily available for each job.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with the project manager and clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Team Environment: Create and maintain a professional and safe working environment for the crew, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Project Execution: Implement proper methodologies to ensure efficient and high-quality completion of projects, meeting client expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of landscape experience, with at least 3 years of experience as a foreman.
  • Skillset: Strong communication and organizational skills, possession of a health card, and ability to drive a truck and trailer.
Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and benefits package to successful candidates. Estimated annual salary range: $60,000-$80,000, based on location and experience.
