About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our team at Choice Healthcare Services. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient flow, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and process payments in a timely and accurate manner
  • Import and call parents regarding authorization updates
  • Schedule treatment appointments and recall appointments
  • Confirm treatment appointments and verify patient information
  • Manage patient calls and respond to inquiries
  • Process No Show Reports and schedule patients from the ASAP List
  • Verify patient eligibility with insurance and confirm observation appointments
  • Work on daily sign in sheets and scan in NPPs
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6+ months of healthcare/dental front office experience (preferred)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (required)
