Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Customer Relations Programs: Work with department managers to design and administer programs that promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Resolve Customer Complaints: Assist in resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate Customer Follow-up Programs: Coordinate all manufacturer and internal customer follow-up programs to ensure that customers receive timely and personalized service.
  • Report Customer Satisfaction Metrics: Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on customer satisfaction metrics, including current standings, significant changes, and new customer ratings.
  • Provide Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to ensure that all departments are aware of customer service standards and best practices.
Additional Expectations:

  • Monitor and Respond to Customer Communications: Monitor all customer communications, including emails and letters, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
  • Personalize Customer Communications: Personalize all customer communications, including apology letters and emails, to ensure that customers receive a high level of service and support.
  • Follow up with Customers: Follow up with customers to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with the service they received.
  • Train and Develop Employees: Train and develop employees to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or one to two years of related experience and/or training.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts, including discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Reasoning Ability: Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
