Music Booking Coordinator

Your primary responsibilities will include selecting musical artists to perform at various venues and negotiating details such as performance times and compensation. You will also respond to customer inquiries regarding booking a Quinn artist/musical artist for private events.
A background in sales and marketing will be beneficial.
Key responsibilities include:
* Promoting Quinn Records TM musical groups before their scheduled performances
* Negotiating contracts, payment, and other crucial information with managers, music buyers, and other agents working with our musical acts
* Providing quotes to clients and negotiating the final price of services covered
* Handling the production of events, including arranging for transportation, hotels, lighting, and concert equipment
* Arranging artist interview requests or television appearances
