Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-oriented producer to join our team at Jay Jackson - State Farm Agent. As a competitive producer, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

You will work closely with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, maintain a strong work ethic, and ensure successful long-lasting customer relationships. In addition, you will assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve marketing goals.
  • Work with the agent to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
  • Assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for the agency.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
  • Sales track record of meeting goals/quotas preferred.
  • Ability to effectively relate to customers.
  • Property & Casualty license required.
  • Life & Health license required.
