About the Role

NAXCON GmBH is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As an Outpatient Therapist, you will provide mental health services to children, families, and adults in a school-based or outpatient setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Services:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations using standardized tools and clinical interviews with clients and their families.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Provide individual and family sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
  • Monitor and document clients' progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Consultation:
  • Coordinate care with other members of the client's treatment team, including teachers, parents, case managers, and community support associates.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss and evaluate treatment needs.
  • Provide consultation and support to families and caregivers as needed.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure documentation of all interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes are entered into the electronic health record within a timely manner.
  • Professional Development:
  • Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices in mental health therapy.
  • Attend regular supervision, staff meetings, and training sessions as required.
  • Maintain licensure and certification through continuing education and compliance with state requirements.
  • Community Outreach and Education:
  • Engage in community outreach activities when appropriate.
  • Provide education and resources to clients, families, and teachers when necessary.
Requirements
  • Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure: Must possess an LPCA, LPCC, CSW, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of Ky.
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience.
