About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at The Edgewater Cafe. As a Barista, you will develop new and varied skills in a dynamic work environment. You will help deliver exceptional customer experiences and contribute to the success of our resort by living our core values; Serve Others, Do Right, Drive Value, Do Good, Be Safe, and Have Fun.

Job Responsibilities
  • Make connections with guests and colleagues
  • Share our passion for the mountains during service
  • Follow leadership guidelines as outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
  • Create hot and cold beverages to specifications
  • Maintain clean and tidy workstations throughout, and at the end of the work day
  • Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
  • Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
  • We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
  • Desire to learn and grow
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
