Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus and promotions
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable experience
• Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and exceed guest expectations
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

• 3+ years of bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume resort environment
• Advanced knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 40lbs, and move quickly in a dynamic environment
