Job Summary:

As a Spa Therapist Specialist at Vail Resorts, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage and therapy services to our guests. Your primary goal will be to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our clients, ensuring they leave feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide safe and effective massage and therapy services to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to high standards of hygiene and sanitation
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all spa services, packages, and promotions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met
  • Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Colorado State massage therapy license
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
