  • Maintain accurate records of personnel, equipment, supplies, and expenses
  • Identify and report any mechanical, structural, or electrical issues that require repair or replacement
  • Recommend personnel actions, including hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, and transfers
  • Provide training and development opportunities for new team members
Requirements
  • High school education or equivalent
  • At least three years of experience in cleaning or a related field
  • Supervisory experience preferred
