Advanced Practitioner in Cardiology Outpatient Care

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to enhance our Cardiology department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Become part of a well-established, expanding cardiology team comprising board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers.
- Daily tasks include:
- Conducting outpatient consultations in various office-based environments.
- Managing transitional care effectively.
- Implementing guideline-directed medical therapy optimization.
- Executing advanced assessments, including nuclear and stress testing.
- Providing immediate access to care when necessary.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Demonstrates a strong interest in cardiac care.
- Possesses prior experience in cardiology (preferred but not mandatory).
- Holds a valid Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant license in the state.
