Service Warranty Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Warranty Administrator to join our team at AutoNation. As a key member of our warranty team, you will be responsible for processing all claims by the next business day following the RO close date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve all claim corrections and charge-backs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer's designated warranty representatives.
- Review every warranty repair to ensure accuracy and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager and Customer Service team to ensure seamless communication and resolution of warranty-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with manufacturer policies and procedures to ensure compliance and accuracy in warranty claims processing.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
