About the Role:
As a Marketing Professional at Kalmbach Feeds Inc, you will play a key role in driving business growth and developing new ideas. You will be responsible for leading key execution of projects and implementing strategic initiatives to deliver against growth objectives.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and creative skills, as well as the ability to analyze data, including website and social metrics, consumer insights, and industry/category trends to help optimize brand performance. You will also become a brand and consumer expert for Tribute & Kalmbach Feeds, possessing a passion for consumer insights and how to turn them into actionable results.

To thrive in this role, you must demonstrate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite Programs Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, potentially Premiere if they are doing video work. Photography or Videography skills are preferred. Additionally, you should possess a bias for action to quickly adapt and execute on the needs of the business while being comfortable challenging the status quo.
