Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in the North Carolina region, overseeing water and wastewater treatment projects from start to finish.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and quality control, ensuring successful project delivery while maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and project team members.

• Oversee project staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure project success.

• Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with site-specific safety plans and regulatory requirements.

Our competitive salary range for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
