About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Hospice Nurse to join our team on a per diem/on call basis for night shifts. As a Hospice Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to individuals and their families in the Anchorage, AK area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct and indirect quality care for patients and families of all ages, following the nursing process and in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.
  • Accept professional development as an integral part of nursing practice.
  • Coordinate patient care activities with other members of the health care team in a collegial relationship to promote patient comfort and assist in the achievement of a comfortable and peaceful death.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
