Job Summary

Aspire Bakeries is a leading North American baking company with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. We are seeking an EHSS Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality products while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members to foster a positive safety culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure compliance with safety best practices, internal policies, and external regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and assessments to identify and mitigate hazards.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform safety initiatives and track progress.
  • Maintain safety communications and training programs.
  • Manage safety supplies and equipment.
  • Participate in accident investigations and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • OSHA 30-hour certification is mandatory.
  • At least one year of experience in a manufacturing or light industrial environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English.
