Quality Assurance Manager

- Lead a team of Quality Engineers to identify and analyze customer quality and technical requirements.
- Support the development, implementation, and improvement of quality assurance systems to meet customer requirements.
- Partner with Customer Service, Program Management, Design Engineering, and Value Stream Support Teams for timely flow down of customer requirements.
- Ensure effective integration into documentation and processes.
- Oversee the effectiveness, efficiency, capability, and capacity of the front-end QE team, including recruiting, mentoring, career development, and task assignment.
- Degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Quality, Engineering, or program management in a design and build manufacturing environment.
- Product development/new product introduction experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP, and web-based applications and tools.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings/specifications.
- Experience with customer contract review.
- Oil and Gas industry experience.
- Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Quality Manager, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001-2014 or equivalent quality standard.
